This is my second time trying hotpot in Vegas, and it did not disappoint. This place is an incredible value. It's all you can eat sushi, appetizers, and hot pot, with a buffet of hotpot toppings and 5 or 6 options for soup base, of which you can choose two. We had the seafood soup base and the tonkatsu, and then we had tons of meats and veggies, as well as sushimi and appetizers. Everything came out very quickly, and our server was quick and helpful and had good recommendations. Did I mention this was all only $30?? The restaurant is pretty busy, obviously, but we only had about a 15 minute wait and while it was full and loud, it wasn't unreasonable. Definitely give it a try next time you're in the mood for hotpot!

Literally best hot pot spot I've been to in Vegas! I'm always craving sushi and soup so was super excited to see a restaurant that offered both. Seeing that it was only $30 a person for dinner, I didn't have high expectations for AYCE since it seemed cheap but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I've tried all of their broths except Sukiyaki and I couldn't believe I liked all of them, you actually can't go wrong with any of the options. My favorite meat to get here is the Premium Ribeye, this is my go-to meat order! I've also tired Short Rib, Brisket, and Beef Belly but those weren't as tender as the ribeye and all had more of a bite. Their Nabe Marinated Beef wasn't our fav, I imagine that'd be better for kbbq. The veggie and sauce section have good options and are always clean which I appreciate. My favorite sushi roll was Burning Your Ass Roll, and our favorite nigiri was the Garlic Tuna! I asked them if they can make a Garlic Salmon before too since it's not on the menu and that was also super yummy. We were pretty surprised at the quality of the fish, it was super fresh and the flavors did not miss. I think I've already been here over 5 times since I discovered this place. Nabe is an absolute must try and is a new Vegas staple for me, I look forward to coming here every time I'm in town.

Marie our server was incredible! She made sure we were having a good time, always came back to check in on us! Also the food is bomb! It was a bit hot inside which kinda sucked but tbh the food was good so it's all good haha, would come back again!

If you haven't been to Nabe, you're seriously missing out. This place is a hidden gem for hot pot lovers. Everything from the rich, flavorful broths to the super fresh ingredients screams quality and care. The sukiyaki and spicy miso are my personal faves--perfectly balanced and packed with umami. But what really takes the experience to the next level is Joey, our waiter. He was absolutely incredible--attentive, kind, and super knowledgeable. He walked us through the menu, offered amazing recommendations, and checked in just the right amount. Joey truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed (and more). You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests. Great food, amazing service, and a cozy, welcoming vibe. We'll definitely be back--partly for the hot pot, but mostly for Joey!

Came on a Monday evening was quoted a 40min We waited and got our table in less than 20 minutes. Our server, Marie, was attentive, frequently checking in and answering all our questions. The food was outstanding--everything we tried was delicious. The portions were small, allowing us to sample a variety of dishes (both meat and sushi). The standout appetizer was the pork belly--it looked unassuming but was incredibly flavorful and tender. Our party included two adults (the parents), our 5-year-old, and our 6-month-old. I really appreciated being seated at the corner table with the baby. This is one of our favorite AYCE restaurants, and we would have been happy with just the hotpot or just the sushi, but having both together is truly a chef's kiss.

Marie was amazing! Her customer service was on point. Her pleasant personailty made our experience super extra; she assisted us in what to order esp the sides. Nagiri was bomb! fresh ingredients were used even if its a AYCE! The broth is flavorful; lots of choices of meat, noodles, & veggies. There were ample room to move around the food stations. will def be back.

I think this might be my favorite restaurant in Vegas because of the fabulous combo of sushi and hotpot which is literately my favorite! The price is decent too so you do feel it's worth it. Line is long though so be prepared to wait it send someone to come ahead of time! We got salmon nigiri, tuna, white albacore, seared salmon. My friend ordered so I don't know exactly what but it was so delicious!

It was our first time trying hot pot & it was AMAZING!Our server Marie was on point and always checking up on us if we were doing okay.

We tried coming here a few months ago for dinner but the line was out the door. We were back in Vegas and we came back at an off time and we got right in. For the hot pot we got the nabe signature and miso, both were very good. They had a variety of different noodles, vegetables, and sauces for your hot pot. I like that you can select as many or as little as you want. All the meats were great. I did concentrate a lot on the appetizers. I liked their bulgogi. It was more sweet than I tend to make it but it was cooked very well. Also I recommend trying the "oh shit". The tempura was really good as well. Very light and I could still taste the vegetable underneath. The wait staff was incredibly friendly and the food came out fast. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how loud the music is but it was just a small annoyance and quickly forgotten once I started eatting.
